This hotel was perfect for our visit. Our first visit to Hawaii and this was the perfect location. Close to the beach, eating and shopping. The staff was super and very helpful. Rooms were clean, some wear, it is an older hotel, but the price was right for the location. Would stay here again, when we return. more

We stayed from Feb 17th to Mar 11th..This was the second year we have stayed there. The sofa bed needs to be replaced, both times we stayed the couch was in bad shape. Stayed in the 29th floor one bedroom ocean view suite. The views were breathtaking from every window and from the large balcony! The Pacific Monarch location, room size & staff are good but the units that we had were aged and stained. The pull-out couch had tears and was dirtier than any I had experienced before.
