“Good but not the best option in El Yaque”

We decided to stay at Casa Rita for different reasons. One of them the #1 rating it has at Tripadvisor. Yet, when we got there we were not satisfied with a lot of details. The apartment was very dusty. The sheets didn't seem to be clean. The pillows smelled like someone else (other than us) slept on them. Fitted sheets... more

I stayed at Casa Rita the first week of January which was very high season on the island. Luckily the hotel is a 5 minute walk from the beach and from the main street which was very crazy and crowded. We received great service eventhough the hotel was completely full. We stayed for 2 weeks in Feb 05 whilst on a windsurfing holiday, although one of us was not windsurfing. We travel abroad 2-3 times a year and love the Carribean.
