We had three rooms for a post cruise stay before our flight home. The rooms were nice, but the front desk staff had barely veiled arrogance. The hallways in upper floor look like prison blocks, extremely dark and forbidding. The halls are also in fairly poor repair. The restaurant is ridiculously priced. Expected at resorts, but not for this location... more

Stayed one night in June pre-cruise. Very nice to be able to collect your luggage and walk the short distance to the hotel via a covered walkway. We were able to check in right away, around 12:45pm , and catch the 2 pm shuttle to Rome. It dropped us at a train station, but I think this was only a... more

Hello, We stayed in this hotel for one night on July. Like everybody, to be able to catch the early flight. Long waiting in check-in, hotel is busy. Restaurant is truly expensive when comparing it to the e.g restaurants in Rome city centre. Pasta 16,50 (normally max 10 eur) and glass of very poor white wine 8.50. Italy is full... more

We chose this hotel because we had an early morning flight and utilized our Hilton Honors points for this location which would have otherwise been extremely expensive and NOT WORTH the $350 plus Euros. However, we arrived very early the previous day so that we could hit Rome in a day. We utilized their free shuttle into Rome from the... more

We stayed at the Hilton Airport location for one night before we left Rome for Toronto. We were given a huge room with a living room area and a separate bedroom and two bathrooms. It was fantastic. They have a free shuttle that takes you to and from central Rome. The ride takes about 40 minutes. It's a $6 cab... more

Clogged sink and shower drains. No soap in the room. No instant coffee or "cream" available even though there was a coffee/tea set up in the room--told to use restaurant or room service. Outrageous prices: 5 euros for a coke and 8.5 for a glass of house wine; had two computers available for guest use, advised by dest to use... more

we had 5 lovely weeks in Italy. Most in a flat in Florence, but also at small hotels in across central Italy where the service and hospitality outmatched the price paid. This was not the case at the Hilton. We treated ourselves to our last night at the Rome AIrport Hilton --based of the proximity to the airport and b/c... more

I was using my miles for a hilton hotel stay, and unfortunately the downtown hilton was unavailable. Overall, it was a great experience! Pros: *The rooms/bathrooms were very clean and new/modern. *walk (8min) to the airport, but no plane noise in the rooms. *friendly bar staff--it was my wife's birthday, but we got to the bar at 11:58pm on a... more

We only stayed here one night, so as to pick up an early connection the next morning, and it was convenient. I was not at all impressed with the quality of the rooms, and have stayed at better 3 star hotels than this. In desperate need of a makeover!! more

I stayed here because it is connected to the Rome airport and my flight was at 6:45AM. The only people I would recommend stay here are people who have an early morning flight like this. If your flight is 10AM or later stay in Rome and take a taxi or the train, you'll be glad that you did. Nothing in... more
