We have just returned from the Carmel by the Sea and would highly recommend this resort. When we arrived at Carmel by the Sea, we thought it looked quite nice, the exterior and entrance and the reception was very pleasant. carmel By the Sea is an excellent apartment complex. The location is fantastic, just across the road from the beach and within walking distance to the Oasis shopping centre and Pacific Fair. The two bedroom apartments are really spacious and decorated lovely. The apartments are well equipped with full kitchen facilities as well as a seperate laundry. The only disappointment... more
