Paris is so passe. San Francisco, not the gay place it once was. New York, the Big Apple? Lousy to the core. Venice? Sinking, and fast. According to a recent survey conducted by the travel website TripAdvisor, the emerging 10 hot spots for 2008 aren't the tried-and-true time-share condos and museum-laden bus tours our parents once called a holiday.
