We have been to the ESPN Zone twice, and neither time was pleasurable. Most recently we had an experience not unlike any of the other reviewers. We were also told to go downstairs to get seated, however there wasn't a hostess down there. So we wandered around until an extremely high-strung manager came over and snapped some staff members into... more

With two ten year olds, it was a challenge to find a mediocre restaurant ...so how bad could a sports bar/restaurant be? I had five people total. None of us ordered anything off the charts! We waited 40 minutes for our food...two of us got salads and they were not brought to us prior to our meal. We see a... more

We go here on occasion for lunch during work. The food is pretty basic, and the wait staff are typically lazy and lackadaisical. During major sporting events, the place is a zoo. Unfortunately, what should be a sports lover's paradise has become a nationwide tourist trap. Perhaps it feels like Disney because it's owned by Disney -- they've done their... more

And so ends our fondness for ESPN Zone. The visit to the Washington D.C. Restaurant was the last nail in the coffin. This was probably the worst restaurant experience my family has ever had. Upon arrival, instead of seating us, the hostess instructed us to go downstairs and check in with a different hostess. (Déjà vu from a previous review)... more

If you don't go at exactly the right time you will have to sit in the area equivalent to grandma's back bedroom at Christmas. It is great where the action is but boring and lonely on the 'other side'. We waited and waited for a seat in the action, only to wait and wait longer for someone to take our... more

We were seated at an excellent table for watching a Green Bay Packer game in November. We were told if we wanted to keep this table for the whole game, we would have essentially a cover charge of a certain amount that would have to be purchased per hour for that seat. The amount was ridiculous but we were on... more

Walked down the hill for lunch one day from work. No wait, good service, we ate at the bar, but there was room all over for us to have been seated immediately in a booth. I was in Baltimore and the ESPN restaurant there in the Inner Harbour had lines around the building so I waited. This is a normal... more

We completely agree with the comment below! My wife and I went there on our recent trip because I really wanted to eat at one of these restaurants... well now I have, and I probably won't ever again. It was an hour and a half wait and then we got stuck in the first row of seats where you are... more
