We ate at the Palm on Valentine's Day 2006. The waiters were very gracious and attentive. They genuinely tried to please and be acommodating. When we got the food, my date had beef that was so dry that he couldn't eat it and he didn't like the spinach either. My food was edible. more

My first time in AC despite being a nearly lifelong resident of New Jersey. Chose The Palm after reading some reviews on Trip Advisor. Was a wonderful experience: great food, large portions and fantastic service. A friend gave us a gift certficate for the The Palm and we had a wonderful time. Everything we ate was delicious. The service was great and management made sure that our meal was perfect. Thank goodness this meal was on someone else's tab. Pretty much everything is a la carte, but the steaks....oh the steaks, they were absolutely perfect. My mom and I went to the Palm at the Tropicana in AC. We had the five pound lobster. It was excellent. The service was suberb. The staff cleaned the lobster so all we had to do was enjoy the meal. The desserts were fabulous as well. more
