My husband and I were recommended Cumana for empanadas and a cold beer. The empanadas were excellent - the best we had in Argentina and the beer was cheap and cold. comida tradicional del nor que es muy rica y barata. buen ambiente, chic y oscura con ingredientes y ollas en las paredes. pero siempre hay un "wait" de 30-45 minutos more

good for low budgets. they have some good salads... like the rucula one. more

the only downside is the wait. It never fails to have a long waiting list. The big plus is that La Cholita next door has a similar vibe and usually you can sit down quickly more
