Like a lot of restaurants in LA, Dolce is as much about atmosphere and decor as it is service and food. We did not encounter the service problems others mentioned in their reviews. I absolutely loved this Italian restaurant. The atmosphere was great, the staff was very friendly, the food was excellent and it was reasonably priced. The place looked great. Will never go back. Staff was rude and treated us very poorly. Arrived 15 min late for our reservation-due to poor directions. Told us we would not be seated for 4 hours. We left and enjoyed dinner at place down the st. more
