I've only eaten at the sushi bar here & everything is very tasty. High quality ingredients & itamae skills. Cheerful, personable & attentive to your needs. The decor & layout could use some work & the waitress is slow (despite a small bar). Tends to draw the young, metro crowd so go early (around 5-5:45PM) before it gets too busy. more

Hibachi is the best Sushi in the desert! When you walk in, you feel like family. The staff is very friendly. Ask the sushi chef's for their special dishes like the Hibachi Roll or the Tuna Carpaccio. They are excellent dishes! more

We were looking for a relatively inexpensive japanese restaurant. On a previous trip we ate at one that was not so good. We found a coupon for Hibachi. We ended up not using the coupon because they had early bird dining when we were there and it was a better deal. I think we saved about $8 or so off... more
