I was surprised by the negative reviews - we had an excellent meal there. The service was a little lacking in the beginning, but once the annoying party next to us left, the service greatly improved. I recently visited Yuca with my girlfriend and a few friends and came away angry at having spent considerable coin for an underwhelming meal. Terrible - they spilt our red wine and then didn't get a new bottle. They then tried to charge for the full price! The food was pretty rubbish and I definately wouldn't eat here again. more

We spent the day in South Beach on a quest for good Cuban cuisine. We had a late lunch at Puerto Sagua (700 Collins) and the food was fantastic but they were out of empanadas.
