We went to Carino's twice during the week of vacation. It remains our favorite restaurant for dinner. The pasta dishes are delicious. I also tried one of the veal dishes, which was equally excellent. The concierge recommended Carino's to us and all I can say is wow. Some of the best Northern Italian food I have had in a long time. The service was immpeccable and the food was fresh and delicious. By far the best place to eat in St. Pete Beach. more
