Linwoods is a very swanky contemporary restaurant (4/5 for decor) in Owings Mills. We began with a minimalist (small) appetizer comprising a single scallop over polenta and spinach as well as a very tasty (and larger) tuna tartare over avocado with a tasty cucumber sorbet (tastes better than it sounds) (4/5).
