I understand that Taipei and Tokyo's popularity has waned in the decade since I lived in Northampton. I know that competition has increased, as Noho has some ridiculous number of sushi joints per capita now (7 in a town of 30,000?) but whenever my Smith College pals and I go back to our alma mater, our first order of business... more
