We got the dinner-and-show 3 course prix fixe deal and (for the most part) enjoyed the meal thoroughly. We were seated at the bar and were prompty served the amuse bouche, a shot glass with foie gras, a thin layer of port wine reduction and parmesan foam on top. I thoroughly enjoyed it but the consistency of it put off... more

Good food with no particular deficiencies in the food, presentation, or service, but nothing is spectacular. Be warned L'Atelier is very French and very expensive. When I say very French I mean in the both positive and negative sense, food arrives well presented and with creative ingredients but is very rich. I think there was more butter and cream in... more

If you goto Vegas and you do not eat here, you are a fool. Go for the tasting menu, and make sure you add a few more courses in there as well. The truffle burgers are kitschy and amazing, who would think of getting something like this here? The chartreuse souffle is amazing. Course after course of the tasting menu... more

Having read some negative reviews, but lots of good reviews on tripadvisor, we dcided to give L'atelier a try. While we don't regret trying this restaurant, it was needless to say we were disappointed. We feel that the restaurant didn't live up to the hype the reviewers were giving it. At those prices, we expected a lot more punch in... more

Truly a wonderful evening. We had a tasting menu, which was 10 courses. Our total bill was $495, with a bottle of wine, but was well worth it. The service and food are both world class. more

We have been to this restaurant several times and it is by far our favorite although we do have others we also really like. Overall though the food here is fantastic and the service has always been great. Emmanuel the Manager is always very accomodating and Steve the Head Chef runs a talented group of kitchen staff. Compared to the... more

The food is outstanding. The service is quiet, polite and professional. I have eaten here three times, always at the chef's bar, which is allegedly "down scale" from the the formal restaurant. Make sure to try the poached baby oysters in seasoned butter. I just do not have enough good things to say about this place. Without a bottle of... more
