I go to the Rio when I want to reward myself for a tough week. I love their Eggs Benedict, usually with a side of spinach that compliments the eggs fabulously. Their pancakes and sausage also are great on a Sunday morning brunch, but the Eggs Benedict rivals some of the best I've ever seen, including my own. more
