I'd give a 4.7. The place was warm, inviting, clean, friendly, and the food was perfect. They take good care of their patrons. If your looking for a steak house this is it. I have eaten at several J. Alexander's around the country and have found them to be uniformly excellent in service and product. This one is no exception.
