“Ribs are amazing”

My boyfriend and I traveled to Memphis specifically for the BBQ. This is exactly what I wanted/expected. The ribs fell right off the bone, and all the side dishes were so yummy! Plus the sweet tea was perfect. Will definitely go back there again on a return trip to Memphis! more

Central is one of the best places to get bbq in Memphis, I especially like their sauce. Their slaw is also very good. more

We had a fun experience here after a not-so-great one at the Rendezvous. VERY casual - they had live music out on the wooden deck - which was a great way to 'dine', and the order taker (you line up to order) was very sweet and actually gave us a bag of chips (Delish!) when we told her it was... more

Good BBQ, very fast. Good part of town. Lots of college kids hang out here, due to being next to one school and down the road from another. Stand in line to order, go sit, and wait for your food. Also with a huge deck out front, one of the nicest parts of the place. I believe they serve beer... more
