There is a lot of hype in Houston about Mark's so my husband and I went with another couple just a few weeks ago for dinner. I went to Mark's and it's a 5 out of 5! Our waiter was great, very friendly and willing to have a bit of conversation, but at the same time gave us our privacy. My husband (then fiance) and I had the best steak ever at Mark's. It was crispy on the outside and very tender and juicy on the inside.
