There is so little choice in the area, that this restaurant sometimes has to do. However, it is rather cramped and sometimes noisy. I had to wait once for over an hour when they said the wait would be 20 minutes. They do not take reservations. The food is usually fine, but there is a limited selection - one page... more

I don't know who wrote the other review, but I can tell you that Swilly's is the best restaurant in Pullman--and probably beyond that. It sounds like the review below happened during one of the very extremely busy times in Pullman (graduation weekend, mom's weekend, etc.). During those times, expect service all over town to be taxed under the strain.... more
