Great beer, weird atmosphere and okay food. A local staple, however, and spawned the awsome Alembic down the street. Alembic is better. more

I've lived in the Haight for many years but have never eaten at Magnolia. Now I know why. The beers and ale are great but the food is mediocre to bad. Stopped in here for a drink whilst investigating Haight Street, some nice micro brews but felt it was a bit like the rest of Haight Street, slightly run down and a bit sticky. 5/10 more

I thought that the wings here were the best ever! The food overall was great. Everything was fresh/local ingredients and very good. I would recommend this place to anyone in the neighborhood looking for a good meal! more
