Cannot get enough of the yellowtail sashimi! We kept on ordering plates of it. The lobster salad was well worth the $39 price tag (they were very generous with the lobster - and primarily claw meat, which is my favorite) more
The sushi was exquisitely fresh and well-prepared, and sashimi was melt-in-your-mouth fresh. We also tried the lobster in wasabi pepper sauce, which was delicious. Even if you are the type who only likes lobster steamed with a little butter, you really ought to try this dish. Mmmmm! The sauce adds some zip to the already delicious taste of the fresh... more

May not be as trendy as it used to be, still quality sushi at affordable prices. Much better sushi at other places in the city now...see Masa, Sushi of Gari, Sushi Seki, etc more
I've had better sushi at local mom n pop Japanese restaurants and for much cheaper. At Nobu, you're just paying for being in NYC. more
Must take at least 3 hours and go with someone who appreciates new tastes and sake. more
