In response to the above review, we use sea salt crystals in our bread and on our butter. About once a week we have a guest that is unfamiliar with sea salt crystals, ask about the crunchy plastic looking piece on their bread. We chose this restaurant because we dislike eating at chain restaurants with oversized portions and lesser quality ingredients. We went to the Sidecar Restaurant around 5:30pm.
