So, I'm going to first get the sushi review out of the way. I agree with everyone that the sushi at Mashiko is amazing. The fish is excellent quality. It's just as good if not better than Kisaku and Nishino. This is the only place where I've even heard of being able to get uni straight out of the shell.... more
