Fresco serves some of the best-prepared and most sophisticated food in the state. Basically northern Italian, the menu emphasizes simple ingredients in fancy sauces. Pastas a very good, risotti are excellent, and meats are very good. Vegetables are not too interesting, but are well=presented and work very well with other foods on the plate. Fresco is a very quaint little restaurant in a neighborhood area. The food was beyond delicious and the atmosphere was very cosy. We had the gnocchi appetizer and we ate every bite of it! The pork tenderloin was also deliscious as was the cream brulee. This is a perfect restaurant for a relaxing dinner for two. Ask for a table... more
