Gonna be hard to catch Sun Palace and LeBlanc for the top AI spot. Those resorts get almost universal 5* reviews and EPM getting quite a few 4*.

Only 133 days until we are back at EPM and can't wait. Great to see it has moved to #8. Personally give me an Excellence Resort over Palace any day.

They have also been at it a lot longer and have a loyal following.

However, the Popularity Index is more than about reviews alone and in one survey not so long ago EPM came higher than LeBlanc.

Time will tell - we are already booked to go back anyway to see how things will have changed a year forward.

My husband and I have been here at EPM since 27th June - leaving tomorrow (boo hoo!!) I'm delighted that EPM has moved up and now that I'm here, can see why. It's truly a wonderful place, best I've stayed.

Will definately post a review when I get back.

We are checking into EPM on Saturday and looking forward it.

LeBlanc is my favorite AI anywhere so far (been to most of the Sandals properties, the Lido resorts, the Couples resorts, EDR, The Grand, Beach Palace, Breezes, LeSport and other non chain AI resorts) so it will be interesting to compare the Excellence experience. I'll be posting when we return.

I know that everyone looks for different things in their "perfect" resort and their ideal vacation. So far, LeBlanc has no equal for my husband and I. We felt totally indulged and pampered and the standards throughout the resort were very high.

We'll be checking out Secrets Maroma next and with this being our first Excellence and then our first Secrets, we'll be able to decide what fits our vacation priorities best.

Caviargal I can hardly wait to see your comments when you get back. We loved EPM but because Le Blanc is closer to Hospiten Hospital we are probably going there in December.My husbnd is now on dialysis and has to go to the hospital for treatments 3 mornings a week.Even though insurance doesn't cover the treatments outside the country we don't want to stop going to places we enjoy. Africa is out now but Cancun should work out fine.

I dunno, I just got back and didnt think EPM was all its been hyped up to be. I was disappointed with some of the attitudes of the waiters and think the major problem for EPM is the beach. It just does not compare to the ocean on the hotel zone.

We got back friday 4th and had an amazing time!,

Could nit pick if i wanted but overall an amazing hotel and is def up to the no8 slot.
