2nd week definitely! we have been the first two weeks of Oct and the last two weeks.

The last two weeks it started to slow down a lot. But I would still do it again! Only the very last two days of Oct businesses were closing down.

The 2nd week of Oct will be very much still business as usual. There was the odd occation that items on the menu were not available anymore.. but hey.. that happened maybe twice at the most.

You may find the odd places shut but in all likeliness, most places will certainly be open for business. Often travel to Rhodes and other islands in early October and the weather is usually very good although the evenings start to cool down quite quickly.
