We are leaving in a couple of weeks for SI and Mountain Pine Ridge. Can anyone advise about drinking water and any foods to avoid? My husband and daughter have both had stomach problems on our last trip to the Yucatan that were significant enough for us to change plans for day trips. I would rather be cautious than risk having to cancel some of our plans. Thanks in advance. Will post this same question on Ambergris forum, but if anyone knows about that area please include.
