Would anyone be able to tell me how long it would take to get from Rabat to Moulay Bousselham national park?

Is it doable in a day trip and would you recommend visiting? (we are heading there in July, which I understand isnt peak season for the animals)

Thanks :)

It'll take you about an hour and a half by road. In July it will be jam packed. The little village itself is not very pleasant. The bird sanctuary is quite pleasant.

No it's not a tourist destination but it is friendly, has charm and worth a few nights if only for the beach and surfing I stayed in a charming place called 'Driftwood' with the owners who went out of the way to make me comfortable and offer suggestions for trips - it is right on the long sandy beach and had a really fantastic view. The village is rustic - it has a small market, good coffee at the basic restaurants and lovely boat trips on the lagoon plus and long walks along the sand dunes
