Hi there

We usually go in Feb. The weather is mainly good, but you can get a few days of overcast skies, and also a bit windy. This year we were lucky with the weather & had 2 weeks of sunny weather.

Depending on what you like regarding accomodation, we always stay at Kombo beach. It's fairly quiet there, if you want lots of restaurants/bars then Senagambia beach would be a good bet. Hope this helps a bit

Regards

weather is very good from november to early may, sugest you look up hotel reviews give you a better idea. (as to your holiday in september get the 7 am bus in to lindos and the afternoon ferry back to rhodes) regards malcolm.

Hi was in Gambia in Feb this year. Weather great a little cool in the mornings otherwise wall to wall sunshine. Maybe have a look at Sunbeach hotel we found it excellent nothing was to much trouble and not to much hassle either. Otherwise as previously suggested check out the hotel reviews. K

We go Feb/March every year never had bad weather yet.

As the others have said read the Hotel reviews it will give a rough idea which one would be best for you.

I was there this year from Jan to March as others have said can be a it cooler in the mornings but soon warms up the further up country you go the hotter it is.

As for accomodation it really depends on what kind of experience your looking for????
