Be careful here, but if you want the best handbags they are on the first floor of MBK. They are the best quality around. The floating market even had some, and so did the night bazaar. In town the vinyl ones expect to pay about 1000 baht (30 USD) or less, the good ones at MBK of fine leather are between $150 to 200 USD great quality.

It depends what you are looking for. Copies with and without names are everywhere througut the country .

patpong is where my wife got her fendi - she loves it

saw it in suan lum night bazaar, there got alot too... but quality so so only not as good as the quality in MBK.

Since there are at least 2 or 3 shops selling handbags at MBK, the quality, and pricing, can be expected to run the gamut.

It might be smart to know your bags. At least learn about quality materials, stitching and hardware.

Go to Patpong night markets especially when its raining to get the best bargains.

You can find Gucci, Chanel, Chloe, Jimmy Choo and tiffany jwellery here..

Dont pay more than 1200Baht for a bag though unless its really good quality..

But the best place is Siam Paragon for the real stuff.. very nice.
