VIP or Diplomat service at King Hussein Bridge Crossing |
|
This is information sharing only…
VIP service for non Palestinian is US$92.00 for each way. Palestine people cost is US$40.00. Benefit from Jordan or Jerusalem is more quicker frequent van transportation than Bus service. But, when you get into Israel check point, it is same with others. From Jerusalem to Jordan, most of the VIP service coordinators cut immigration lines. They always said DIPLOMAT. First we thought that they were real diplomats. But found out that they were VIP service users with Arab origin.

mhtoon - when you cross with the VIP service from Allenby Bridge - and get to the Israeli side - there is a VIP waiting room on the Israeli side for these customers. There you wait for them to call your name and you are processed faster than the normal queue. So its not just the private mini bus thats the difference. At certain times this service is very useful - but not all the time. Its all about cutting waiting lines, and queue jumping - thats what you pay for. | ||||||
