Just be patient. Things should come out OK.They are the agency used by the Peruvian Beaureau of Tourism so many bookings go through them.

I have used Go2Peru to book a few flights, a few hotels and a few trips. It resulted mostly OK. They are very slow in replying and you have to check on them regularly but they did most of the things and when I went to Peru, it all worked out.

Of course, you need to check your flight reservations with the airline because they change the departure times of the flights or they might just move you from one flight to another without asking.

There is one thing I have to complain about Go2Peru: I did not like our hotel in Lima. We stayed there for a few nights, then we left to inside of the country and we were supposed to be back for another 3 nights. I caleld Go2Peru and ask to have the hotel changed. I identified a few others where I could stay. The woman did not reply within the time promised and then, when we called again, she said that all the hotels were full. She lied. I called the hotels directly and all of them were available.

I am actually still waiting for Go2Peru to send me back the money for the hotel I cancelled.

My sons' LAN flight from Cusco to Puerto Maldonado purchased through them was cancelled today and they refuse to give the money back. They claim it was weather related but the weather was perfect and LAN is giving its customers their money back. The next flight was full and left within the hour with no weather problems. DON'T use them.

I have recently booked flights to Puerto Maldonado, an ecotour and a bus tour with Go2Peru. I haven't used LAN or Go2Peru before and now I am worried that I made a mistake.

Isn't it standard procedure to rebook passengers on another flight when a flight is cancelled whether the cancellation is weather related or not? Are the regulations and protocols that different in Peru?

Protocol for flight in Peru are same like in any other part of the world.

I really do not understand above comment, when weather delayed, you are booked on the next flight
