Is festival city shopping mall as big as City Centre?

How does it compare to other malls ?

festival city is fairly new and is built near a man made canal system and marina, it's part of a huge retail park that has ikea, hyperpanda, toys r us etc. deira city centre is old by comparisn but still has a great selection of shops as well as a huge carrefour. DCC is no fuss, no frills, DFC is new and has better eating options (both have food courts).

it depends what you want, DFC has marks & spencers, DCC has debenhams, for me DFC is nicer to walk round, DCC is for practical shopping.

I like Festival City, it's new and reasonably quiet compared to some of the others, also outside by the canal there are some nice cafe's which are lovely in the cooler months.
