I've heard conflicting info - should we get the shot? We will be there for 3 days in July, and I am a mosquito magnet - they love me, but my husband never gets bitten. I read we need it at least 10 days before going. Any advice? Thanks!

If you have the time then get the shot as long aas you are not allergic to it. It is good for 10 years and you could use it in other locations if needed.

Use insect replellent with DEET and have a good time.
