those cottages are in a decent location...just before the bridge (beach one) turn west and there are a group of Abby's cottages. Couldn't get inside as it's been raining here all weekend.

you're welcome virgo. Yep they're decent. Not luxurious by any stretch but decent. At least you won't have to take your vehicle out from there as the traffic gets so congested. Enjoy!

Hey Virgo,

A bunch of my girls and I stayed at Abby's Cottages last year in Wasaga & we're going again this year. The owner of the cottage is a really nice guy and he works very hard to help you with any questions you may have. The cottage isn't in the best shape but last time I check when you're planning a getaway with a bunch of friends looking for some sun, parties and a good time you have to choices, find a hilton or have fun in a cottage. I say you go for it, I had a blast last year & I'm going back again this year as I said before and trust me, I'm usually picky, and it didnt bother me at all!

A bunch of us (guys and gals), stayed at Abby's Cottages Sandy Pines this summer 2008. The cottage was in very poor condition. The floors seemed very dirty, cobwebs throughout the entire cottage, the legs on the 2 beds were broken, mattresses had large holes, the walls had holes in them, but were covered with blankets, some of the windows had screens, the bathroom had a significant amount of mold, no toilet paper holder or trash cans. The kitchen was supposedly fully equipped...no frying pan, or spatulas, a few plates, and cutlery for 2 people. They did provide a barbecue, but we needed to fill the tank, very inconvenient. On the brighter side of things, the fridge seemed brand new, and the stove was in working condition. Would we stay here again??? Definitely not!!!
