Nope! Just Surf City Nights on Tuesday, Sundays are concerts at the pier, Art-A-Faire on Friday afternoons. The Annual Huck Finn Fishing Derby is

August 2, 2008 (8 a.m. to 12 p.m.)

The Annual Huck Finn Fishing Derby is a fun event for children through 15 years of age. Kids are encouraged to don their best costumes and bring their fishing poles to compete for prizes for largest fish and best dressed Huck Finn or Becky Thacher. Prizes include bikes, skateboards, fishing poles and fishing passes. Participants must bring their own fishing poles and tackle while small amount of bait is provided for free.

The Huck Finn Fishing Derby takes place at the Huntington Beach Pier at Pacific Coast Highway and Main Street.

Event Cost-free

Ocean Force is still filming and the Junior Guards Program still running M-F.
