DO NOT rent a car from this location. We arrived at Denver International Airport on Jan 11, 2007. After getting off the plane at DIA, we waited for the shuttle at the car rental shuttle pick up location for roughly 15 minutes. No sign of the shuttle. I called them and asked them politely thier ETA. They said they were on thier way. 30 minutes later, still no shuttle. I called them again. "We're almost there." They came right after the second call. We waited a total of over 45 minutes in 15 deg weather outside. They are a small outfit with only 1 bus and 1 driver. Thier shuttle service is horrible and the cost was not that much less than the other guys.

Sorry to hear about your experience espngo, I've rented several times from the E-Z office in Denver and Orlando and longest I've had to wait in Denver was 20 minutes because of a police checkpoint on Pena. Denver airport is a bit tricky to understand if it's your first time there. E-Z is off airport but, so what, either way your driving by their office. May as well save $50-$100 in my pocket than a 5 minute time savings with Hertz or Alamo, which you'll spend 20 minutes in line. Staff is friendly and down to earth, not robots like some other companies. Hope my post helps.

Anyone with more recent experience with this company? My boyfriend and I are considering using them this Sept, but he is skeptical since they are an unknown company to us. Should we take their savings or spend a little more for a better known company?
