Can you walk the beach from the Lovers Key Beach Resort at 8771 Estero Blvd to the areas north on Estero Island (6500 Estero)?

The resort is at the very north end of Estero Island, but once you cross the bridge that links it with Ft. Myers Beach, then it looks like you can walk the beach afterwards.

If you go to http://maps.live.com and plug in the address, choose "Birds Eye View" then use the "hand" pointer to move the map, you can do a virtual walk. High speed connection required.

Lover's Key and FMB are on two different islands. You can walk across the drawbridge and access FMB's beach.
