hi there to be honest the reason for going to miami is to see the various tattoo shops along south beach not to bothered about shopping

going to stay at the rui florida beach we do not want a car going to chill out on the beach and see the tattoo shops .

any advice would be helpful dont mind walking though could you the bus if needed

The RIU is north of the area with all the shops and bars and tattoo places so you can hop on any south bound bus for $1/.50 or take a taxi for under $10. RIU is 3101 Collins and the district with the shops is about 15 streets south of that...
