It's a very unique place as it is a restaurant/bar/liquor-beer-wine store all in one. Very good food which is more on the eceletic side than most other restaurants in OC. It's located on the bayside, but right on Coastal Highway in the 94th St. shopping center so there is no outside seating.

liquid assets is worth the trip!

One of things that I enjoy about liquid assets is that you can pick a bottle of wine off the shelf in liquor store and have it with dinner for a corking fee (I foreget the amount but it did not seem too much). Granted their shelf prices are little more expensive that what I am used to at home, but probably not much more than most stores in OC.

Do you guys think my young adult children would like it here? Ages 15,17,18 ?

How much is a typical dinner? How long is the wait?

RicoD, yes I do think that your kids would like it. The place is really unique and the menu has great choices from outstanding seafood like shrimp and grits to juicy burgers and the best pulled pork bbq at the beach. Oh, I almost forgot the grilled cheese is to die for!

Liquid Assests prices are on the higher end for restaurants in OC. Definitely worth the extra change though. Waits can easily be over an hour if it's crowded since seating is limited. The bar is first come first serve of course, and there is also some first come first serve seats around the martini bar in the "wine cellar" room where you can get food.
