Sounds like you are all prepped for your trip! To answer your question - there is a drop-off area at Busch Gardens Williamsburg.

I work with them, so here is exactly what to do:

Just drive up to the parking gate at Busch Gardens (the same one that you'd use for regular parking)

Then just tell the parking attendant that you need to pick up Bounce Tickets and go to CW. The attendant will point you in the direction of the "drop-off" zone where you can zip over to, pick up the tix, then get going!

If you purchased your vouchers from a BG site, it says it must be redeemed at either park site. CW can redeem them, but it is a complicated process which requires calling BG and getting confirmation numbers,etc., so it amy not be the easiest or quickest place to do it. CW only does it as a courtesy but is really not equipped to process BG/WC vouchers. A posting within the last two weeks give more detail on how to redeem at BG or WC.

If you all are into Busch Gardens, I've actually started a facebook group around the park. I update it with new events, pics, discounts, etc. Don't know if you have facebook, but if not then surely your kids do!
