Are you going directly to the cruise port or will you be staying in a pre-cruise hotel? There is a hotel bus from the airport to various downtown hotels that is convenient. A family of 4 with luggage might find it less traumatic to hop a cab.

Flat towncars and limos would be my first choice and they come to baggage claim to pick you up. Other option would be shuttle express, but for 4 the limo makes more sense.
