Thank you very much for your comment. At Villa Bella we practice a top guest service attitude and a disappointed guest is a very sad thing to us, since we take it as personal failure, please accept my apologies for the inconveniences you've found during your stay March of 2007.
I interact with my guests in a very personal manner and I am sorry to admit that I just can't picture the face behind the email. I already went through my March files and I just can't locate you since you don’t give any additional information and I only have 5 suites, which makes it a little bit harder to address you. It would have been nice to hear the comments from you in person, if that would have been the case, you can be sure that I would have done something to make up to you, since myself and my staff are true believers that vacation time is SACRED, - no disappointment allowed - and we strive to present to our guests a spotless stay and do everything in our hands to make up for unexpected things that sometimes get in the way. I am very sorry that instead you've decided to ventilate your complaint on this website almost 1 year after your stay. Regarding the breakfasts we serve at Villa Bella we are proud to offer a variety of choices and all freshly made it from our salsas to warm entrees and Mexican specialities everyday. We buy fresh fruit, sometimes at the local market, sometimes at supermarkets like Wal Mart, or any other, we wash it, disinfect it ,slice it and present it to our guests in the buffet type breakfast you are familiar with, I am very sorry you found it inappropriate in some way.
Regarding the variety of accommodation options in La Cruz yes there are many types of lodging, for many budgets, from bungalows by the road, to casitas and beach front rental homes, and we certainly believe that what we offer is right for the price. At Villa Bella we are always improving our facilities to make our guests accomodations a more enjoyable one, our suites features top quality mattresses, 400 thread cotton sheets and towels, Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries, coffee service and bottled water. Plus we have a personalized airport pick up service and a Cocktail hour hosted by our Manager every afternoon, all these service included in our rates: USD 180 up to USD 250 per night. Most of all the important thing here is that we offer a service that is based on outstanding personalized attention, we all love what we do and we'll look forward to serve you and future guests of Villa Bella.
