We went with a group to this resort for a wedding. The Hotel is nice, a lot of facilities, however the rooms are not as nice as they look on the website. "Photoshop" is absolutely a good option for marketing.
People are nice in a way, they say "hi! hello! how are you?" every time you run into them, but once you ask them something besides answering the greeting, they don't know what to do. To get a glass of water they transfer you to at least 4 people.
I had an inconvenient. Once a check in, I went to the room and noticed that the safe box didn't have a key, I called reception to help me with that, they never came. I had to leave the room, and $300 were stolen from my wallet that was inside my purse, and this one was inside my suitcase, which was closed. How do you explain that? They knew my room didn't have the safe box, and I was waiting for assistance. Once I notice the situation a called the manager, they didn't do anything about it alleging that the money was not in the safe box, but I tried to explain them that I requested once I got there. The money is not a big issued as they way they approach to a problem. They are very slow in solving problems with no solutions at all.
To resolve a problem they pass the ball onto the travel agent. They travel agent is supposed to write a report and handle to client so the client can claim the situation, they deny to do it.
