We bought a time share two years ago at the villas jazmin and at that time we had a wonderful two week stay. We went back this year for the first time since buying our time share. The minute we got into the bar we ordered our drinks and the bartender there was the same one that we had two years ago and he remembered us. Jose the manager there also remembered us. After seeing the both of them plus JaHeDah (also the bartender) we felt at home. It was the most fantastic two weeks ever. The people were pleasant, accomodating, honest, happy and would do anything for you. They will do your laundry when needed. The rooms were cleaned each day and always in immaculate condition.
The only drawback that we had was the breakfast plan, there were two to choose from instead of one. We choose the regular one and then the new one. It included some "shows," etc. so we decided to do that. What we did'nt know was when we were taken to the "VIP" breakfast the next morning it was also to take us on a tour for a new time share. We got out of that really quick because we were not interested and when we got back to our villa we let Jose know that he should have told us and he said he was sorry and we talked about it and all was forgiven. We went on a couple of tours which were very nice. The rest of the time we laid around the pool, read books, played cards, etc. It was very quiet, very relaxing. The one thing that we really like about this place is that the staff is very accomodating to your every need and it is so quiet and peaceful there. You don't have to dress up for anything if you don't want to. It is casual and relaxed and to us that is what a vacation should be all about. We took long walks on the beach, met some fantastic people there. We wished they would have had the "entertainers" there at dinner time but they did have videos so that was entertaining. Villas Jazmin is just a laid back place to go. It certainly is not the place that I would take children (ours are all grown) because there is not much for them to do. This is more for an older adult or younger adult community that want to be around adults and relax. We are going or at least trying to go back in March again and will once again enjoy their great hospitality. Chris and Kathy Roberts
