Join the happy few :
La Cocoteraie is beside Le Meridien Saint Francois which is a large hotel with facilities you can also use.
about 20 suites in 2 floor bungalows around a beautiful swimming pool and exclusive restaurant (great chef).
You can walk to the busier part of the city and to the marina from which you can take a boat to other islands (don't believe if you're told they don't move too much : half the people were sick on board when I went on a tour).
