My husband and I spent an amazing 6 nights here. We were greeted with 2 glasses of fresh cold juice when we arrived to check-in. The hotel is refreshing. The rooms are clean and everything feels new. The bar and restaurant on the beach serve great drinks and food. We enjoyed sitting at the bar and also in the highest level of the restaurant, where you feel a great breeze and view of the crystal clear water. It's magical! The sand on the beach is so fine, and the water so clear and calm. We walked for miles on the beach, and think that the sand where the hotel is located, is the finest of all of Negril. Take your snorkeling gear to use on the beach and the cliffs. We saw a large starfish near the hotel. We spent the early part of our days at the beach, afternoons on the cliffs, and nightlife on the beach. The cliffs offer amazing sunset views and snorkling options. We had previously stayed in a beautiful boutique hotel on the cliffs and loved it. However, we enjoyed our stay on the beach more. The Palms Resort is in a great location. We took calming, romantic strolls on the beach at night. We highly recommend, don't miss out on the true breathe of fresh air that you will feel when you arrive.

Myself and 5 of my girlfriends went to Negril at the end of April and stayed at the Palms Negril. This place is great! First things first...the staff is amazing! They were extremely friendly and tons of fun! The hotel was still being renovatated and yet we barely knew anything was going on. Between the beautiful beach front and the international restaurant, Kristyl's, you won't want to leave the resort. The rooms are so cute and very clean. We just got back and we're already planning our return trip.!!

The staff made you feel so welcome, Our stay at the Palms Resort was much more than we expected. I would recomend that The Plams Resort is the Only Hotel where you should stay

We booked this resort once we arrived in Negril and were sadly disappointed at another resort. The Palms came recommended by 2 locals and we found out it was recently purchased and being renovated by the new owners.

We were not disappointed. Although still in renovations (May, 2008), it did not interrupt our vacation of 7 days. The room was great! It had a modern feel, but felt very local to the area. It is a small resort, but we very much liked that. We truly felt we were the only 2 persons there!

We tried many restaurants on the beach and in town, and the one at the hotel had the best food of all the ones we tried. The chef is amazing and the prices are very reasonable.

The best aspect about the resort was the staff. From the bartenders (Leroy) and wait staff (Shannon) to the Managers (Garth), to the owners, everyone made you feel very welcome and would accommodate anything you needed. They were extremely friendly and welcoming.

If you are looking for a great experience in Negril, this is the resort.
