This is an excellent facility located on Seven Mile Beach. The oceanfront condos are just a few steps from the Beach. The units are well maintained and provide lots of space . These units are especially well suited for families traveling with children. Our unit had two balconies, one on each level. The ocean and sunset views are incredible. The grounds are meticulously landscaped and maintained. The Beach was not crowded and numerous chairs, lounges and beach umbrellas were available. The pool is located in the central courtyard and, consistent with everything else, is clean and well mantained. It is sparsely used; therefore, very private. An impressive feature of this facility is the units located on the courtyard (poolside) and away from the oceanfront are an outstanding venue. There is not an inferior location in the entire complex. Lacovia is within walking distance of several very good restaurants, shops and food stores. The large food stores are closed on Sunday. Limited selections are available at convenience stores.

My husband and I returned last week from a 4 night stay (not nearly long enough) at LaCovia. We stayed in an oceanfront condo. The condo was perfect, it was very modern, clean and well maintained. The view from the 2 balconies, one in the bedroom and 1 downstairs, was incredible. There are several restaurants within walking distance, as well as the grocery store. The staff at LaCovia was very cordial and helpful when we asked for advice on dining, shopping etc. Actually, everyone that we ran into on the island was very friendly. This was the perfect vacation. I highly recommend a stay at this property. Definitely well worth the $.

I spent my spring breaks in college at Lacovia, and it NEVER grew old to me. It's beauty and charm is equally wonderful every time I go, and I hope to always return in the future. Amazing beach location, incredible sunset views, excellent service, fun night life. Easy on-beach access to various water activities. Very quaint town as well. I cannot say enough great things about Lacovia, I find myself "reborn" each time I go!

We stayed here from June 1st-8th. We stayed in a 3 bedroom ocean front condo. We had 5 adults and 2 children. This place was awesome. I think there must have been only 6 other people here the week we stayed.
We had the beautiful beach all to ourselves. And when cruise ship people from next door tried to sneak over, the security let them know this was a private beach for resort guests only!
We had a full kitchen so we could cut costs and cook for ourselves. But there was also some nice restuarants right across the street. A grocery store right down the road. A dive shop next door. It was very nice. I recommend renting a car though so you can explore the island. This was our 3rd trip to Grand Cayman and first to Lacovia. We will stay here again!
The grounds were beautiful, and the pool and hot tub were kept clean. Awesome place! I will add some photo's later! E-mail me with any questions!
