Sprat Hall is a beautifully preserved plantation set on a hill above the ocean. We had the wedding of our dreams at Sprat Hall's sugar mill which has a panoramic view of the ocean, rolling island hills and the tropical sunset. Our wedding was fabulous because of the hard work and gracious spirit of Mrs. Hurd the owner of Sprat Hall. Mrs. Hurd always greeted me with fresh juice from her fruit trees, a warm home baked treat and treated my wedding like it was her own. As a special wedding gift, Mrs. Hurd and her daughter Judy decorated our bridal path with conch shells and tropical flowers. We intend to return as soon as we can for a second honeymoon.
